Hidden Valley Broadband unfortunately ceased operations on February 9th, 2024. Piedmont Broadband was able work with Alex and Mark at Hidden Valley to keep most of the Hidden Valley Customers online by finding alternate means of providing connectivity to the Linden area.
Piedmont Broadband did not previously have service in Hidden Valley’s service area however we have found a solution to keep most of the Hidden Valley Broadband customers online and do not anticipate any significant service disruptions.
At this point, while the migration is still underway- things are going well. We expect to have everything fully migrated within 60-90 days as we have to work with REC, Dominion Energy and Shentel to move the services. We do not anticipate and significant outages during this time and we will advise you when we have a planned event.
